Job Summary

This role involves supporting the production and machine operation processes at Aspen Bad Oldesloe GmbH, focusing on packaging lines for pharmaceuticals. Key responsibilities include setting up, operating, and monitoring packaging machinery, performing in-process control (IPC) checks, and ensuring accurate documentation. The operator will also be responsible for the aggregation and packaging of medications, alongside conducting routine quality controls. This position is suitable for career changers as no prior experience is necessary, offering an immediate, permanent contract and competitive pay ranging from €16.29 to €24.27 per hour, depending on experience and shift. A critical requirement is the willingness to work in a rotating 3-shift system (early, late, and night shifts) and proficiency in written and spoken German.
