Job Summary

This role involves serving as the primary IT contact and system administrator for the City of Tornesch, focusing on system integration and technical support. Day-to-day tasks include providing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support, independently managing IT tickets, administering specialized technical applications, and coordinating external service providers. The specialist will also contribute to IT projects, evaluate new systems, and manage the 'enaio' Document Management System (DMS). Key requirements include professional training as an IT Specialist in System Administration or equivalent experience, expertise in virtualization techniques (HyperV), and strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
