Job Summary

This role seeks a proactive and quality-driven professional to take on the Head of Manufacturing Validation position at a leading, family-owned pharmaceutical company near Hamburg and Kiel. The core responsibility involves leading and coordinating the cross-plant validation team, ensuring the highest quality standards in manufacturing processes. Day-to-day tasks include creating and reviewing critical documentation, such as risk analyses, qualification protocols, and process, cleaning, and computer validation reports. You will be responsible for the proper execution of verification procedures, monitoring the overall validation status, and planning necessary re-qualifications and revalidations. Success in this role requires a university degree in a natural science or technical field, proven professional experience within a GMP environment, and strong organizational skills.
