Job Summary

This role requires an experienced Quality Manager to execute and embed the Quality Management (QM) approach across the central Template Team and all ongoing and future global SAP template and rollout projects. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to the internal project management standard (iPME@DC, based on PMI) and lead a team of Quality Managers, overseeing capacity management and team planning. Key responsibilities include regular reporting to the Program Management Team using defined KPIs and ensuring strict compliance with auditable QM artifacts and deliverables across the extended program organization. This position demands strong communication skills across all stakeholder levels and requires a completed degree in Business Informatics or a comparable field, mandatory PMI certification, and professional fluency in both German and English. The role is full-time, permanent, and requires international travel readiness.
