Job Summary

This role invites a qualified System Engineer to join Stadler Signalling, the competence center driving the future of mobility within the international Stadler Group. You will be responsible for configuring electronic interlocking systems (ESTW) based on specific project and system requirements. A core part of the job involves creating detailed project documentation, including interface specifications, hardware designs, and bills of materials. You will act as a key coordinator, liaising with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution from initial design through installation, testing, commissioning, and final homologation. This position requires a technical degree in engineering, multi-year experience in railway signaling, and proficiency in tools like Polarion for requirements management. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical education as an Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Science Engineer (University/Technical University/Applied Sciences) or equivalent qualification

Experience

  • Multi-year project experience in railway signaling
  • Experience in Electronic Interlocking Systems (ESTW) projects is a significant advantage
  • Experience in requirements management utilizing the Polarion tool
