Job Summary

This role is seeking a skilled Electronics Technician specializing in Devices and Systems to join an internationally active technology company in Wedel. The position involves operating and maintaining fully automated Surface Mount Technology (SMT) assembly lines. Key day-to-day responsibilities include setting up and retooling SMT systems (printing, SPI, placement, oven, AOI), loading and unloading components onto SMT feeders, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting simple malfunctions. Additionally, the technician will be responsible for SMT hand soldering and reworking SMT-assembled circuit boards. The ideal candidate must have completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician or possess comparable qualifications, along with initial professional experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably within SMT production.
