Job Summary

This full-time, temporary position, based in Kiel but offering remote work flexibility, seeks a creative Videographer and Editor to join the Corporate Communications team of a major social sector educational provider (gsm GmbH). The core mission is to create engaging video content—from explainer videos and interviews to trendy social media Reels—that conveys the organization's work and emotional impact on individuals seeking career and life perspectives. The role demands independent project management, covering planning, execution, and post-production for diverse internal and external audiences. Key responsibilities include developing screenplays, managing the company's YouTube channel, implementing livestreams, and creating various visual materials (animation, illustration). The ideal candidate must possess a relevant degree or vocational qualification, be highly proficient in professional video editing and design software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), and be comfortable appearing on camera to give the social media channels a personable face. Occasional travel throughout Germany for video shoots is required.
