Job Summary

This leadership role involves overseeing the Product Development and Innovation department for a certified educational institution focused on employment services across Germany. The Head of Department will be responsible for strategic market intelligence, analyzing trends, and deriving relevant innovation fields to develop new products, formats, and methodological approaches for coaching. Key daily activities include managing the entire innovation process, from idea generation and prioritization to implementation, and serving as the central technical authority. The role requires comprehensive personnel management, including leading, developing, and recruiting team members, ensuring the creation of compliant (AZAV) and financially viable educational concepts, and defining and optimizing departmental processes.
