In-house Consultant SAP HCM | Wirtschaftsinformatiker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is for an experienced SAP HCM professional to join a continuously growing, medium-sized high-tech component manufacturing company. The consultant will be central to the ongoing maintenance and development of the SAP-HCM system landscape, focusing heavily on customizing and implementing requirements within the Human Capital Management modules. Key responsibilities include executing targeted customizing, creating comprehensive documentation, and collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize and redesign SAP processes related to payroll, organizational management, master data, and digital personnel files. Depending on experience, the role also offers the opportunity to take on (sub-)project leadership for innovative HR-related SAP projects. This position provides flexibility, allowing for full-time or part-time employment (20-30 hours per week), and the chance to leave a personal mark on a newly created role within a stable, international organization.
