Job Summary

This role offers an opportunity to join Roche Diagnostics GmbH in Mannheim, Germany, specializing in quality control within a laboratory setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting crucial analyses for the release of raw materials, intermediates, and final products, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory and GxP guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating and meticulously documenting test results, managing and maintaining testing equipment, and actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives like the GO Lean program. Key qualifications include a completed scientific vocational training (e.g., MTA, BTA, CTA, or equivalent) and several years of practical laboratory experience. The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge in chemistry, biochemistry, or clinical analytics, proficiency in handling analysis systems, and fluency in German for communication within the lab.
