Your core responsibilities will involve the maintenance, repair, and commissioning of electrical and MCR systems, alongside the operation and monitoring of complex Building Management Systems (BMS). Day-to-day tasks include detailed fault analysis, troubleshooting, optimizing operational processes, and meticulous documentation of services performed. You will also be the key point of contact for clients, identifying potential new service orders within the managed properties. Success requires completed electro-technical training (such as an Electrician or Mechatronics Technician focusing on MCR), several years of relevant professional experience, and deep knowledge of supply systems and control technology.
