Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity to join ROM Facility Solutions, a new company within the Zech Group, focusing on making buildings more efficient and sustainable. As a Service Technician/Electrician specializing in MCR and Building Automation, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of electrical and MCR systems, including maintenance, repair, and commissioning. Daily tasks involve operating and monitoring building management systems, performing detailed fault analysis, resolving disruptions, and optimizing operational processes. A key component of the role is direct customer communication, documenting technical requirements, and proactively identifying new service opportunities within managed properties. Ideal candidates possess a completed electro-technical education, extensive knowledge of supply systems and control technology, and professional experience in a service technician capacity, particularly within the MCR sector. Proficiency with Windows and mobile devices, along with a Class B driving license, is essential for success.
