Job Summary

The Service Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and commissioning of electrical and MSR (Measurement, Control, and Regulation) systems. Daily tasks include operating and monitoring complex building management systems, performing detailed fault analysis, troubleshooting system malfunctions, and optimizing operational processes. A key component of the role involves clear communication with clients, documenting technical requirements, and actively identifying potential service orders within the managed properties. Candidates must possess a completed electrical technical qualification, solid knowledge of building control technology, and several years of professional experience in the MSR/Electrical domain, coupled with proficiency in Windows applications and mobile devices.
