Job Summary

This role involves joining a dynamic 6-person Building Services (MEP) team, supporting Project Managers in ensuring the smooth execution of Technical Building Equipment (TGA) projects. The Project Engineer will independently manage project tasks, including floor plan processing, drawing creation, planning for openings and penetrations, and calculating hydraulic and acoustic schemes, with a focus on sustainable energy supply systems. Key responsibilities include translating calculation results into planning documents for construction supervision, creating cost estimates and detailed calculations for tenders and cost tracking, and actively participating in project meetings with external partners. Candidates must possess a degree in Building Services, Supply Engineering, Energy Management, or Mechanical Engineering (with a focus on Renewable Energies), or equivalent technical training, along with at least three years of relevant experience in planning phases 1-5 according to HOAI.
