Job Summary

As the Project Manager for MEP (TGA) in Cologne, you will serve as the driving force behind establishing and expanding a new regional branch for an energy-focused engineering firm. This role offers a unique blend of hands-on operational work and strategic leadership. Initially, you will take full ownership of MEP projects from concept to completion, managing energy concepts, schedules, costs, and quality across HOAI service phases 1–8. You will act as the primary interface between architects, specialist planners, and authorities. As the project volume grows, you will transition into a leadership role, building and managing your own team of project engineers.
