Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Metrology Technician to ensure the highest quality standards for a prominent client specializing in metal processing located in Hagen. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the precise testing of manufactured and processed parts using advanced measuring equipment, including 3D coordinate measuring machines, 3D scanners, digital measuring stands, and Keyence devices. The technician is responsible for comprehensive documentation of all work, creating crucial initial sample inspection reports (ISIR), monitoring ongoing production processes, and efficiently handling customer complaints and claims (Reklamationen). Key requirements include a successfully completed technical education, such as Mechatronics Technician or Industrial Mechanic, coupled with demonstrable professional experience or further specialized training in metrology. The ideal candidate possesses a high degree of technical understanding, strong problem-solving competence, and a meticulous, independent working style, ensuring continuous quality awareness within the manufacturing environment.
