Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for an IT Technician to join a rollout project in Neustadt in Holstein, focusing on providing essential IT services and engineering solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include the configuration and provisioning of systems according to customer specifications, performing functional and integration testing, and creating comprehensive IT documentation. You will also be responsible for the installation and commissioning of hardware and software, analyzing and classifying incoming error messages, and setting up, dismantling, and expanding workplace PCs and peripheral devices like printers. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT education or solid IT experience as a career changer, good knowledge of the Microsoft environment, and strong problem-solving skills. This position offers a challenging and varied role within a supportive team environment, with potential for permanent employment after an initial temporary contract.
