Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for skilled electricians, including career starters, to specialize in maritime technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of electrical and electronic systems within shipbuilding, ranging from initial installation and cable laying to final commissioning. Key day-to-day tasks involve general electrical assembly, maintenance, and repair work on new builds and existing vessels. This includes crucial tasks such as connecting cables, performing terminal work, and installing low-voltage distribution systems, as well as working on drives and motors. Ideal candidates possess a completed electrical qualification, are team-oriented, flexible, and capable of working independently, with prior experience in ship installation being a distinct advantage.
