This R&D Project Manager role involves leading the development and enhancement projects for the next generation of electromagnetic and electronic protection and switching devices within the SENTRON portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, structuring, planning, and tracking project outcomes concerning functionality, deadlines, and budget. Key responsibilities include the disciplinary leadership of national and international project teams, coordinating external partners, ensuring compliance with internal processes, and implementing effective risk management. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a comparable field. Project Management certification is ideal.
Experience
- Long-term knowledge and experience in agile project management
- Professional experience in Product Lifecycle Management Process and applied tools
- Experience in power electronics (supports profile)
- Intercultural experience in collaborating with international development sites
