Job Summary

This role requires a dedicated Electrical Design Engineer responsible for the planning and development of specialized switchgear within the refrigeration, climate control, and heating technology sectors (HVAC/R). Day-to-day duties involve creating detailed circuit diagrams and preparing comprehensive wiring diagram documentation, utilizing expert knowledge of EPLAN P8. The engineer will manage technical project planning, implement customer orders—sometimes requiring on-site presence—and select appropriate electrical components. A key responsibility is ensuring the preparation of accurate technical documentation and setting specifications for material disposition and electrical assembly. Candidates must possess a successfully completed vocational qualification, such as an Electronics Technician for Automation Technology or an Electrical Engineering Technician, coupled with fundamental practical experience in electrical planning and switchgear creation. Success in this position demands a self-reliant, responsible, and flexible approach to work.
