Job Summary

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive innovative solutions within the Digital Rail Germany initiative, contributing to a historically significant project focused on modernizing the country's railway system. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the quality and contract-compliant execution of planning and realization services in construction projects, specializing in control and safety technology, particularly ETCS and electronic interlocking systems. Day-to-day tasks involve comprehensive technical project management across planning, procurement, construction, and acceptance phases, including coordinating with specialized trades and stakeholders. Key responsibilities also include preparing detailed tender documents, monitoring third-party and regulatory approvals, and maintaining tight control over project costs and schedules. The ideal candidate possesses a technical degree in engineering and initial practical experience in railway infrastructure project coordination and safety technology, coupled with a strong focus on quality and results-oriented project implementation.
