Job Summary

This Senior IT Service Technician role involves a 24-month long-term assignment in Vilnius, Lithuania, serving as a key field service representative for the German Federal Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). The technician will be responsible for providing comprehensive on-site IT services, including handling Incident and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) requests. Daily duties include the installation, commissioning, upgrading, and maintenance of hardware and software, as well as the administration of IT infrastructures, including network and server environments. The role requires providing 1st and 2nd level user support, adhering strictly to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and participating in on-call duty. Candidates need professional experience in field service, strong IT process knowledge (ideally ITIL), and fluency in both German and English.
