Job Summary

This role involves working within the Cloud Operation Hub, the central hub for modern cloud solutions, acting as an enabler and integrator to design secure, high-performance, and future-oriented cloud environments for the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). The SecOps Engineer will primarily focus on the installation and operation of the SAP Private Cloud on Google Cloud Air-gapped (GDC-A) within an agile, cross-functional DevOps team. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with security requirements for cloud applications, contributing to the development of an operating concept for the SAP Private Cloud, and continuously advancing a robust cloud management strategy. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or equivalent, foundational knowledge in cloud environments (public or private), and experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Safe).
