Job Summary

This role as a Technical Facility Manager within the Real Estate & Solutions Team in Berlin is crucial for maintaining and optimizing technical building systems. The successful candidate will be the central point of contact for technical facility management (TFM) processes, ensuring flawless operation of all building services. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing complex building systems, planning and coordinating minor construction projects, and overseeing external service providers. This involves creating tender documents, coordinating service deployments, performing acceptance checks, and controlling costs. The position requires a degree (Bachelor/Master) in Engineering or a certified Technician/Master qualification in Technical Facility Management, Building Services, Electrical Engineering, or Measurement, Control, and Regulation Technology. Strong organizational skills, technical understanding, and experience in managing utility systems and service providers are essential. This is a full-time, entry-level position offering hybrid work flexibility.
