Job Summary

Join the Identity and Access Management (IAM) department at Allianz Deutschland, where you will be instrumental in designing and implementing robust security solutions for IT resource access. This critical role involves developing and executing comprehensive IAM strategies and policies that align with business needs and stringent security standards. Day-to-day, you will focus on aligning the IAM architecture (processes, tools, procedures), selecting and integrating appropriate technologies like Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and ensuring seamless interoperability across various systems. A major component of the role is guaranteeing strict compliance with regulatory requirements such as DORA/VAIT, GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIST, requiring deep analytical skills regarding IT, business, and compliance needs. The ideal candidate brings multiple years of experience in IAM architecture, a degree in Computer Science or a related field, and relevant certifications like CISSP or CISM.
