Job Summary

This role, based in Pforzheim, Germany, offers an interesting opportunity as a Precious Metal Tester, initially through temporary employment with the option for permanent takeover. The core responsibilities involve independently performing docimastic analyses and ICP-OES measurements on precious metal samples. The candidate will also be responsible for analyzing sample material using X-ray fluorescence (RFA), meticulously documenting and evaluating analytical data, and managing laboratory supplies, chemicals, and reagents. Key qualifications include a completed vocational training as a Precious Metal Tester, Chemical Laboratory Technician, Chemical Technical Assistant (CTA), or equivalent. Desirable attributes are initial experience in precious metal or instrumental analysis, familiarity with laboratory software and MS Office, and very good proficiency in both written and spoken German and English. This position requires a structured, reliable, and team-oriented approach with a high degree of initiative.
