Job Summary

This role is central to driving the agile transformation within the IT department, focusing on the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA and the expansion of the cloud architecture. The IT Operations Engineer is tasked with developing and continuously optimizing service processes for IT services, aiming to reduce incidents and improve overall service quality. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating effective service processes, providing comprehensive reports and monitoring instruments to ensure constant feedback loops, and supporting Service Managers in critical areas like Incident and Problem Management. The ideal candidate brings very strong ITIL knowledge, practical experience in agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe), and proven conceptual and analytical skills. Success in this position requires excellent communication abilities and a strong understanding of customer needs while working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
