This crucial role involves joining the Pigment Production team as a Plant Operator and Coater within Surface Solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include operating the coating process and processing high-quality pearlescent pigments. The technician is responsible for conducting in-process controls and assessments to ensure product quality, as well as operating, maintaining, and caring for the production facilities. A key function is the early identification and troubleshooting of malfunctions, intervening according to instructions to maintain smooth production flow. Candidates must have completed vocational training as a Chemical Technician (Chemikant) and possess professional experience in chemical manufacturing.
