Job Summary

This role involves driving the development and implementation of AI solutions to optimize business processes and enhance existing products. The specialist will be responsible for developing, training, and optimizing Machine Learning models, and integrating these AI functionalities into current software solutions. A key part of the job is working closely with Data Engineers on data pipelines, analyzing, preparing, and transforming data for ML models, and building and documenting end-to-end AI workflows from data inception to production, including testing and monitoring. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification, possesses professional experience with Python and major ML/DL frameworks (like TensorFlow, PyTorch), and has a strong understanding of algorithms, statistics, and model evaluation.
