Job Summary
This role seeks a Specialist in Sales and Sales Management to join a large health insurance provider in Bremen. The core responsibilities involve acting as a key contact for sales topics, developing and ensuring the quality of sales measures, and evaluating performance results. A significant focus will be placed on advancing sales processes through digitalization, as well as designing and organizing internal training programs related to sales. You will also be responsible for developing written communication (letters and mailings) and participating in defined project work and internal working groups. The ideal candidate must have completed professional training, such as a Social Insurance Clerk or Commercial Clerk in Healthcare, coupled with substantial experience in customer contact, sales, and sales controlling. Proficiency in MS Office and the specific system 21c|ng is required. Required Skills
Education
