The ideal candidate must hold a qualification as a Social Insurance Specialist (focusing on general health insurance) or possess comparable professional experience within the Statutory Health Insurance (GKV) sector. Success requires strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and the 21c|ng system, and a proactive approach to developing the links between processes, digitalization, and communication.
