Job Summary
This part-time Administrative Specialist role focuses on managing receivables and debt collection for corporate clients within the social security sector. Key responsibilities include handling service-oriented customer communication via phone and writing, determining outstanding debt amounts, and initiating timely enforcement measures such as wage garnishment. The specialist will also be responsible for processing insolvency proceedings and ensuring the correct and timely assertion of contribution claims according to German Social Code (SGB) and insolvency law. Candidates should possess a relevant professional qualification in social insurance, taxation, banking, or legal administration, coupled with strong numerical acumen and excellent written and verbal communication skills. This position requires a self-reliant, responsible, and service-oriented approach, making it ideal for a motivated professional seeking a challenging role in debt enforcement and insolvency management.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Social Insurance Specialist, Tax Specialist, Bank Clerk, Legal Assistant, or a legal qualification with relevant experience, or a comparable qualification

- Professional experience in debt collection and enforcement (ideally)
- Relevant experience derived from a legal or comparable administrative background
