Job Summary

This role involves working as a Development Engineer specializing in ASIC Characterization for a renowned industrial group, with locations available in Munich or Duisburg. The core responsibilities include performing characterization and validation of Mixed-Signal ASICs, RFICs, and MMICs. You will be tasked with developing, setting up, and optimizing measurement configurations for analyzing high-frequency and mixed-signal parameters, including executing and evaluating RF measurements on coaxial and wafer probes in the micro- and millimeter-wave range. A crucial aspect of the job is automating characterization measurements, data acquisition, and evaluation using tools like MATLAB or Python. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with a focus on RF technology, possesses strong knowledge of RF measurement techniques, and has experience characterizing semiconductor components.
