Job Summary
This role involves providing essential onsite IT support, focusing on incident resolution and order processing according to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The specialist will be responsible for comprehensive troubleshooting, configuration, and installation of end devices, including PCs, notebooks, and printers. Key daily tasks include supporting users with mobile devices, diagnosing and resolving network issues, and performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services within the client environment. The ideal candidate must have a completed professional IT qualification, experience in user support and troubleshooting, and strong familiarity with standard hardware and common MS Office applications. Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification
