Day-to-day responsibilities include providing on-site First and Second Level Support, performing incident analysis, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. You will act as the key interface between end-users and the client's internal IT department, handling tasks within manufacturing and server environments while strictly adhering to service quality standards. The ideal candidate possesses a completed vocational training in IT System Integration or a comparable qualification, strong experience in on-site support, and solid knowledge of Active Directory, networking concepts (DHCP, DNS, Firewalls), and standard hardware.
