Job Summary

The Onsite IT Support Specialist will be responsible for the full lifecycle support of end-user hardware, including the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of notebooks, printers, and peripheral devices on-site. Key daily activities involve diagnosing and resolving issues related to Windows operating systems, network connectivity, and hardware failures, all while meticulously documenting progress within ticketing systems. You will also be involved in setting up and dismantling workstations and assisting with IT rollouts and migration projects. Candidates must possess a completed qualification such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or several years of relevant IT support experience. Strong knowledge of Active Directory and standard software, coupled with fluent German skills and a high degree of customer orientation, are essential for success in this client-facing role.
