Job Summary

This role is for an Onsite Support Specialist dedicated to maintaining and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems for clients in the Berlin-Brandenburg region. Daily tasks include the setup, configuration, and rollout support for workstations, as well as the installation, replacement, and troubleshooting of various standard and specialized hardware, including desktops, notebooks, printers, and media technology. A crucial part of the job is managing equipment assets, handling inventory, and meticulously documenting and tracking support tickets within designated systems. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT qualification, practical experience in field service and user support, and strong command of standard hardware and Microsoft products, coupled with excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented approach. This position offers a permanent contract with a leading German IT service provider.
