The specialist will be responsible for managing and resolving IT tickets within defined service levels, handling tasks such as IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Decommission) orders, and performing hardware repairs and replacements. Key activities include maintaining inventory and asset data, documenting solutions in a knowledge base, and implementing preventative measures to ensure system stability.
