Job Summary
This role involves providing high-level, dedicated IT support for executive-level clients, specifically supporting the board level of a major client like Bayer AG. The specialist will be responsible for managing and resolving IT tickets within defined service levels, handling tasks such as IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Decommission) orders, and performing hardware repairs and replacements. Key activities include maintaining inventory and asset data, documenting solutions in a knowledge base, and implementing preventative measures to ensure system stability. The ideal candidate must have a completed IT qualification, excellent knowledge of standard hardware and Windows, and proven experience in supporting VIP clients.
