Field IT Technician | IT Techniker Außendienst (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Field IT Technician based in the Ludwigshafen area, working for one of Europe's leading IT service providers. The core responsibility involves providing on-site IT support, utilizing a company vehicle to address incidents and perform IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes) services according to scheduled routes and deadlines. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting and repairing IT devices such as printers, notebooks, and peripherals by replacing faulty components, analyzing and resolving errors based on customer requirements, and meticulously documenting all completed work for service coordination. Candidates must have a completed IT qualification (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT Systems Electronics Technician), possess solid knowledge of IT infrastructures and Microsoft operating systems, and demonstrate experience in troubleshooting and IMAC services. A high degree of customer focus, teamwork, and precision, along with excellent German language skills and a valid driver's license, are essential.
