Onsite IT Support Specialist | Onsite Support (m/w/d)

Job Summary
This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd Level IT support, focusing on resolving hardware and software issues both locally (onsite) and remotely. The specialist will be responsible for managing incident reports via a ticketing system, which includes prioritizing, classifying, and meticulously documenting all requests. Key daily tasks include troubleshooting, setting up and dismantling hardware components, managing IT relocations, and maintaining accurate asset data. The ideal candidate holds a qualification such as an IT Specialist in System Integration or equivalent, possesses professional experience in multi-level support, and demonstrates strong proficiency with Windows operating systems (7/10), MS Office, and ticketing systems. Excellent German language skills and a structured, communicative approach are mandatory for success in this long-term, permanent position.
