Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity to join one of Europe's leading IT service providers, supporting their end customer, BAMF, in a critical IT Support capacity. The specialist will be primarily responsible for managing and resolving incidents and service requests, ensuring adherence to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Key daily tasks involve comprehensive hardware troubleshooting for PCs, notebooks, and printers, as well as the configuration and installation of various end devices. Furthermore, the role requires providing direct support to users regarding mobile devices and executing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services within the client environment. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification in IT System Integration or IT System Electronics, coupled with practical experience in troubleshooting and end-user assistance.
