Job Summary

This role involves providing essential Onsite IT Support for one of Europe's leading IT service providers, catering to numerous major corporations. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling local support tasks, managing IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes) activities, and processing support tickets. Key day-to-day duties include setting up and dismantling workstations, troubleshooting hardware issues on-site, and managing the inventory and deployment of notebooks and mobile devices, including initial user instruction. This position requires readiness to work in rotating shifts (early/late service, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday). Candidates must possess a relevant IT qualification, initial experience in Onsite Support and ticket systems, and fluent German language skills, coupled with a strong customer focus and reliable, solution-oriented approach.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification

Experience
