Job Summary

This role involves providing essential soft- and hardware support for a major end-client, Bayer AG, within one of Europe's leading IT service companies. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for the analysis, repair, and resolution of hardware and software faults across various devices. Key daily tasks include proactive maintenance, applying patches and antivirus updates, managing support and GxP documentation, and coordinating with manufacturers and suppliers. Furthermore, the specialist will engage in project work, asset management, and technical support for process services.
