Job Summary

This role involves specialized hardware development focusing on high-frequency (HF) power electronics within a two-year fixed-term contract based in Munich, offering up to 20% remote work. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, controlling, and maintaining an HF measurement station to characterize a power switch assembly utilizing PIN diodes for a fully electronic, quasi-stepless HF transformation network used in load matching. Day-to-day tasks include supporting the ongoing development of the switch board, designing and commissioning associated driver circuits, integrating these components into the final device, and overseeing qualification and series introduction. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field and have professional experience in power electronics, particularly switching power supplies and high-frequency technology, alongside fluent German language skills.
