Job Summary

This role involves optimizing CRM sub-processes, such as event, trade fair, and address management, working closely with process owners. The consultant will advise specialist departments on the efficient use of Creatio CRM, translating functional requirements into technical specifications. Key responsibilities include coordinating the implementation of new requirements, covering customizing, workflows, testing, and release management, as well as integrating Creatio CRM with existing systems like ERP, portals, and Power BI, ensuring information security compliance. The ideal candidate holds a degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification, and brings professional experience in CRM consulting or application support, preferably with Creatio CRM. Essential skills include a deep understanding of customer processes in Marketing, Sales, and Service, process modeling (e.g., BPMN), and project management experience (classic or agile). The role is crucial for driving digitalization projects aimed at improving the overall Customer Experience.
