Job Summary

This leadership role involves establishing and managing a new operational laboratory in Lübben, focusing on chemical analysis and quality inspection. The Team Leader will be responsible for the technical and organizational oversight of the lab, calibration processes, and quality inspection workflows, ensuring they align with company standards across multiple sites. Key daily activities include instructing and training laboratory personnel, monitoring occupational safety, and optimizing measurement processes using modern analytical methods like High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). The ideal candidate holds a degree in Chemistry or a related field, possesses extensive professional experience, including leadership in a laboratory setting, and is proficient in HPLC analysis and quality tools. The position requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, conflict resolution abilities, and significant travel readiness during the initial onboarding phase at the Saarland location.
