Media Technology IT Specialist | IT-Spezialist in Medientechnik (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive lifecycle management of media technical systems, including displays, projectors, conference room setups, and stage technology. The specialist will be responsible for the project planning, construction, operation, and implementing new functionalities within these systems according to instructions. A critical part of the job is providing high-level 2nd and 3rd level support, focusing on troubleshooting and resolving faults in complex media environments. The position also requires strong interpersonal skills for consulting internal departments and clients, preparing technical specifications and offers, reviewing invoices, and conducting essential user training. Successful candidates must possess a completed technical vocational qualification (such as Information Electronics Technician or Media Technician) or a university degree in Media Technology or Computer Science, coupled with several years of experience in administering and maintaining complex AV and Digital Signage systems. Excellent German proficiency (C1 level) and a Class B driving license are prerequisites for this full-time, on-site role in Duisburg.
