Job Summary

This role involves performing critical non-destructive testing (NDT) procedures, primarily focusing on Visual Testing (VT) and Fluorescent Penetrant Testing (PT), to ensure material integrity. Day-to-day responsibilities include the precise visual inspection of both internal and external surfaces, identifying minute material defects such as cracks and pores. A key part of the job involves utilizing specialized tools, including rigid boroscopes and flexible video endoscopes, to examine areas that are difficult to access. The successful candidate must possess mandatory NDT qualifications (PT Level 2 and/or VT Level 2) and a relevant technical background, such as vocational training as a Materials Tester, Industrial Mechanic, or Aircraft Mechanic. Strong observational skills and proficiency in fluorescent testing methods are essential. This full-time, permanent position offers an opportunity for direct takeover by the client and above-standard compensation in the Berlin-Marzahn area.
