This role involves providing essential Onsite IT Support, acting as the primary point of contact for end-users, often operating from a dedicated TechBar environment. The specialist will be responsible for managing and resolving incoming IT support tickets, including those of high priority, and delivering 2nd Level Support across various hardware and software issues. Key tasks include managing Windows Clients, Android devices, network connectivity, and telecommunications systems. The ideal candidate must possess an IT qualification and several years of professional experience in Break & Fix scenarios, along with familiarity with ticketing systems and initial experience utilizing SCCM for image and software deployment. This full-time position in Bremen offers a stable, permanent contract option after an initial temporary phase, 30 days of annual leave, and the opportunity to work in a varied, international setting with regulated hours.
