Job Summary

This Information Manager role involves actively shaping and advancing the Information Security Management System (ISMS) for the Wüstenrot Group. Day-to-day responsibilities include independently conducting risk assessments and Business Impact Analyses (BIA) to identify and evaluate critical business processes. The manager will coordinate and track the implementation of technical and organizational information security measures, contribute to security policies and documentation, and provide expert consultation to internal departments. A key focus is promoting security culture through designing and delivering training and awareness programs. The ideal candidate possesses a background in IT or information security, relevant professional experience, ideally within a regulated environment (like financial services), and knowledge of regulatory requirements such as DORA and EBA/EIOPA guidelines.
